Graven chrysler dodge4/16/2023 ![]() On August 10th I had a hard inquiry on my credit from said dealership, which I told them NOT to run as I was already approved thru my bank. So after I asked for the 2nd key to the car they told me it was at the other lot they pulled it from, and "would be sent out with my title". Fast forward to Monday when I went to pick my car up, they refused to give me ANY paperwork showing simply what had been done & mileage when it was done. They called and told me the repairs had been made & "yay us" they found a wheel bearing bad and it would be $1,500!" I informed them I wasn't paying $1,500 to have one wheel bearing replaced and was it gold plated? Response was "they were eating the cost". Car was to be done by August 8th, due to my vehicle had been totaled in an accident and I needed to get the rental returned. So I went ahead and purchased the vehicle believing they would stand by their word. Salesman went to service department and came back with " we can't just take money off of a car that doesn't belong to us" (car was from another one of their lots) and "they would fix the issues". Went back to dealership with estimate sheet of almost $1,000 and told them I'd take the vehicle if they took the $990 ($18,990) off the price & fix the issues. ![]() Lied to from the get go, took the car to bank, approved for entire amount, took it by a shop to get a look over and they found the oil filter housing was leaking & flex pipes for exhaust were going to have to be replaced SOON. Worst experience ever dealing with a dealership. ![]()
